Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us when you book a transportation service or training session, create a customer account, contact us for inquiries or support, or apply for a job with us. The types of information we may collect include, but are not limited to: name; contact information (phone number, email address, mailing address); mobility level and other information relevant to arranging your transportation; saved pickup/ drop-off locations, if you save any to your account; and any other information you voluntarily provide (for example, trip notes for our driver or dispatcher).

2. Customer & Facility Portal Data

If you create a customer account, we store your login (email and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text), your booking history, your mobility/ contact profile, and any saved pickup or drop-off locations you add. If you use the facility portal, your staff login is tied to your facility, and the bookings you submit are visible to other staff at that same facility (not to other facilities) so your team can coordinate coverage. Online payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number, only what Stripe tells us was charged and its status.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and manage our services; schedule and dispatch your trip (including sharing what a trip requires — pickup/drop-off, timing, mobility needs — with the dispatch system that manages it); process payments through Stripe; communicate with you regarding your bookings and inquiries, including the trip-related messages described in our Terms' Electronic Communications section; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights. We do not currently run marketing email or text campaigns to customers; if that changes, we'll ask for separate consent first.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except: to service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (Stripe for payments, the transportation dispatch system that manages your actual trip, and similar) and who are required to protect your information; for legal compliance, if required by law or valid requests by public authorities; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to accounts and records is role-based — a customer only ever sees their own data, and facility staff only their own facility's — and administrative access to sensitive records is logged. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You may also ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep for legal, safety, or billing reasons. 7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page (with the version date at the top updated); your continued use of our services after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
