Our History

J & M Logistics Inc. was founded in Memphis, TN, with the mission of providing reliable non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to individuals who needed assistance getting to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation sessions, and other essential services. Recognizing a gap in the local market for safe and dependable transportation, the founders aimed to improve accessibility for those with mobility challenges, older adults, and individuals without personal vehicles.

J & M Logistics Inc. also offers additional services, including PASS Training & Certification, Defensive Driving Training, and CPR courses.

We hold our drivers and vehicles to a high standard, and we back that up with our own driver training courses — PASS Training & Compliance, Defensive Driving, and CPR — offered to our own team and to the public.
