Accessibility Statement
J&M Logistics is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation. This statement describes what we've done so far and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
What we've built in
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site, rather than removing the browser's default outline.
- A minimum 44×44px touch target size for buttons and links, sized for both touch and pointer input.
- Text and background color combinations checked against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements.
- A minimum 17px base body font size, and layouts that reflow rather than requiring horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Semantic HTML headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
Accessible transportation
Beyond the website, our vehicles and services are built for riders with mobility needs — wheelchair-accessible vehicles, stretcher transport, and trained staff. See our Services page, or let us know your mobility needs when you book a ride.
Ongoing work
This website is under active development, and not every page has been through a full accessibility audit yet. We welcome reports of anything that's hard to use.
